Producing wooden packaging is much more than nailing timber together. Creating functional and well-built packaging requires experience, knowledge of materials, insight into the customer's business and an understanding of the products to be packaged.<\/p>\n

For us at Tegsn\u00e4s Emballage, customer understanding is the basis for us to be able to develop, design and manufacture specialised packaging that is adapted to the right purpose and area of use.<\/p>\n

Listening and developing<\/h3>\n

Working with customer understanding means that we always listen to each customer's story and needs. We listen and ask questions in order to identify and analyse the unique wishes, delivery requirements and challenges of each product to be packed and shipped.<\/p>\n

Because packaging is crucial for safe and secure deliveries, we always work closely and collaboratively. We take care to create, propose and customise solutions that provide the right long-term protection for each product.<\/p>\n

Calculations and requirements<\/h3>\n

Together with each customer, we develop long-term and sustainable solutions based on well thought-out cost calculations, choice of materials, weight optimisation, strength requirements and international regulations, for example on heat treatment.<\/p>\n

We collect information through conversations, physical and digital meetings or previous documentation, depending on what best suits the situation.<\/p>\n

Documentation<\/h3>\n

Each specialised packaging is digitally designed in a modern and advanced 3D CAD system. The packaging is documented, saved and archived for easy reuse or modification.<\/p>\n
