Tell us what your work involves!

– As operations manager for Tegsnäs ski, I work with everything related to the skis, including accessories and spare parts. This involves everything from development and marketing to customer contacts, order management and packing. After the spring season, I will familiarise myself even more with craftsmanship and ski production.

What is the best part of your job?

– I get to work with a product that I believe in and am passionate about. Skiing has always been a big part of my life and is close to my heart. All my life I have skied a lot, both downhill and cross-country.

What is important to you in your working life?

– That every morning I feel a driving force to be involved in changing and developing something. That my own development is going in the right direction and that I am constantly learning something new. I always strive to make every day the best!

When do you feel most satisfied after a day's work?

– When I go home from work and feel that we've come up with good ideas that can develop the ski or accessories. It's also when we get great feedback from customers, that they are happy with our products.

What is the best thing about Tegsnässkidan as a product?

– It is a fantastic ski that has been around for over 100 years. It provides an unrivalled feel compared to a modern plastic ski. The Tegsnäs ski is a genuinely sustainable product, made by hand and not replaced and thrown away. It really can last for generations.

What is it like to work at Tegsnäs Group?

– It's really good. You have close contact with both colleagues and managers. The atmosphere is light-hearted and it's easy to talk to each other. We laugh every day!
