We are proud of both what we know and what we do. Our strategy is to produce customised, well-designed and sustainable specialised wooden packaging every day, using modern production methods and to a high quality.
Well-invested production
What does that mean in practice? Well, among other things, we are well invested in machinery and equipment, such as our vacuum lifts, our new cutting line and our pallet nailing robot. We use modern, efficient and quiet pneumatic tools and ergonomic aids to minimise the risk of repetitive strain injuries and to reduce heavy lifting.
We also design all packaging in an advanced 3D CAD environment to quickly and clearly see how the packaging should be designed and how it should then be manufactured.
The digitised material is also a good basis for customer dialogue and product development. It also means that all documentation is retrievable and that we maintain a high level of documentation.
Engagement and development
Our people are crucial to our success. They are experienced, committed and knowledgeable. New employees are introduced and trained before they start working in production. With us, every employee is an important piece of the puzzle and a natural part of the whole.
Follow-up and dialogue
Another part of our philosophy is that we want to be close to our clients. We are never more than a phone call, team meeting or email away and contacts should be simple and personalised.
We constantly listen to our customers and hold regular customer dialogues. This means we can always build on what works and further develop what needs to change or innovate.
